Delivery Information


Delivery to the place specified by the Customer:

If the product is shipped to the Customer's chosen location, the product is delivered to an external carrier, and the Customer is informed electronically that the product is ready for shipment. Shipping costs are calculated based on the Customer's order. Incorrect registration by the Client and, therefore, the wrong calculation of shipping costs is not the responsibility of the Company but the Client. It is noted that the Customer may choose the shipment at his/her own expense; however, in this case, the products are shipped at his/her own risk. Upon receipt of the order, the Customer will show to the external carrier the order confirmation (order code) and the shipment notice, as well as an official identification document (such as a police ID card or passport). If the Customer wishes to authorize a third party to receive his order, then the third authorized person must show specific authorization to receive the particular order legally considered by a KEP or police or other authority as well as an official document necessary for its control. (police ID, passport, etc.). As the risk goes to the Customer upon receipt of the products, the latter must check on the arrival of the products he receives, as his signature upon receipt confirms that he has received the goods in his order correctly. If the Customer does not receive the product after receiving the shipment notice and despite the carrier's announcement, the COMPANY reserves the right to withdraw from the sale.

You can pick up your order from our store daily from 9:00 to 21:00. However, it is important that you have previously contacted us about the availability of the products.
Shipping via Courier:
  • Our orders are shipped daily by General Post.
  • The charge for parcels up to 2 kg is € 3.5 and cash on delivery € 1.5. For each additional kilo, the charge is 0.60 €. 
  • In shipments with large volumes, there can be price variation for any variation you will be informed by phone from our store. 
  • For orders within Attica, the delivery is done in 1-2 working days 
  • For orders outside Attica, the delivery is done in 1-3 working days 
  • For orders with island destination, the delivery is done in 1-3 working days with a charge of 3.50 for small parcels up to 2 kg and for each additional kilo the charge is 1.20 € 
  • For orders in inaccessible areas, the delivery is done in 2-4 working days with a charge of 6.50 for small parcels up to 2 kg and for each additional kilo the charge is 1.50 €

Shipping with a transport company:
  • Our company undertakes to serve you and deliver large packages (over 35 kg) to any transport company desired by the customer.
  • asaa.gr is not responsible for any loss, damage, wear, etc. from the moment we deliver the order to the shipping company.
  • The cost of transport is based on the weight of each product & of each transport company and our company does not bear any responsibility.
  • The delivery time of your order to the shipping company is usually 1-3 working days from the moment of registration.

Force majeure:

The COMPANY is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to the COMPANY or are due to force majeure and therefore the COMPANY is entitled to an extension of time for execution. Examples may be strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier/transport/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts, and natural disasters. If such incidents last for more than two (2) months, the contract of sale may be terminated by any party without compensation. If the Customer considers that he no longer has an interest in executing the order, he is entitled to terminate the sales contract, and the COMPANY shall be obliged to refund the consideration and any other sums paid under the sales contract.
